HT—Y319F系列液體包裝機(jī)
該機(jī)是針對液體物料實現(xiàn)自動包裝而設(shè)計的三段輥筒立式包裝機(jī)，可以實現(xiàn)三邊封或四邊封的包裝。所有機(jī)型均設(shè)計有光標(biāo)鎖定功能，保證光標(biāo)信號紊亂時，機(jī)器還能正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一段時間。特殊的薄膜自動張緊裝置，使機(jī)器在運(yùn)行過程中，幾乎可以忽略薄膜張緊力變化。封口采用輥筒方式，縱向封口花紋采用棋盤紋配合防漏線，橫向封口花紋采用棋盤紋配合防漏線或平封配合防漏線。切斷方式可以采用平刀、鋸齒刀、點(diǎn)劃線刀三種之一。
This machine is a triple rollers type vertical packing machine that designed to achieve automatic packaging for liquid materials, can choose 3 or 4 sides seal type.All machines of this series have cursor automatically lock function to ensure that when the cursor signal is abnormal, the machine still can running right for a while. And the special film tensioning device can achieve ignoring the changes of tensile force during machine running. Seal method adopts roller seal type, the seal place is chessboard pattern with leakage-proof seal, has a good leakage-proof function and looks good. Cutting methods can choose flat cutting, saw tooth cutting or dot dash line cutting.
